DSEX WENT UP BY 8.36 POINTS

Market closed flat today with increase in turnover. Broad index DSEX went up by 8.36 points. Life Insurance, Paper & Printing, and Tannery are the top three sectors that closed positive today while Fuel & Power, Telecom, and Travel & Leisure are the top three sectors that closed negative.

Turnover increased by 22.02% to BDT 4.1bn. Food & Allied sector dominated the turnover chart covering 16.05% of the total turnover.
