DSEX WENT DOWN BY 37.66 POINTS

Market closed negative today with increase in turnover. Broad index DSEX went down by 37.66 points. General Insurance, Engineering, and Paper & Printing are the top three sectors that closed positive today while Cement, Textile, and Life Insurance are the top three sectors that closed negative.

Turnover increased by 7.68% to BDT 4.5bn. Pharma sector dominated the turnover chart covering 21.43% of the total turnover.
