DSEX WENT UP BY 22.87 POINTS

 Market closed positive today with decrease in turnover. Broad index DSEX went up by 22.87 points. Paper & Printing, Ceramics, and Life Insurance are the top three sectors that closed positive today while Telecom, Jute, and Food & Allied are the top three sectors that closed negative.

Turnover decreased by 7.76% to BDT 3.4bn (USD 28mn). Bank sector dominated the turnover chart covering 13.89% of the total turnover.
