DSEX WENT DOWN BY 22.95 POINTS

Market closed negative today with increase in turnover. Broad index DSEX went down by 22.95 points. General Insurance, Telecom, and Life Insurance are the top three sectors that closed positive today while Cement, Travel & Leisure, and Mutual Fund are the top three sectors that closed negative.

Turnover increased by 3.47% to BDT 3.5bn. Pharma sector dominated the turnover chart covering 18.89% of the total turnover.
