Market closed flat with increase in turnover. Broad index, DSEX, went up by 2.54 points. Paper & Printing, Tannery and Textile sectors closed positive while Jute, IT and General Insurance sectors faced correction.

Turnover increased by 26.60% to BDT 5.96bn. Food & Allied sector dominated the turnover chart covering 17.40% of total turnover.
